Theatre Vote — live audience response
What we collect: nothing personal. When you join a session your browser generates a random participant identifier, held in this browser for the session only. We store your votes and any text you submit against that random identifier — never a name, email address, or device fingerprint.
Retention: all session data — votes, text submissions, participant identifiers — is automatically and permanently deleted 7 days after the session's last activity. Submissions rejected by the profanity filter are kept for at most 24 hours solely to support abuse response, then purged.
Exports: presenters can export anonymised tallies and text submissions. Exports contain no participant identifiers.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — running a live, anonymous audience-response activity at an event you are attending.
